Digital Products (USB & Software Licenses)
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of USB drives with pre-loaded software are final once the order has been shipped. This policy exists because:
- Digital files cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense
- Software licenses are activated upon delivery
Defective or Damaged Products
If your USB drive arrives physically damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Our free online AI tools are provided “as is” with no refund eligibility, as there is no purchase required.
