By purchasing or using any product from AIXHDD, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products & Licensing

1.1 Digital Software

  • All software products (ClipEngine, VoiceVault, and our bundles) are sold as one-time purchases with lifetime access to the purchased version.
  • You receive a digital license key and download link via email after purchase.
  • Licenses are for personal or commercial use but may not be resold, sublicensed, or redistributed.
  • Software is provided “as-is” without any express or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.

1.2 USB Hardware

  • AIXHDD USB Drive and OpenClaw USB Drive are physical products shipped to your address.
  • Free worldwide shipping on all USB orders. Ships from Guilin, China.
  • Hardware defects are covered by a 30-day return policy.

2. Payments & Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • Payments are processed securely via PayPal.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but previously purchased items are not affected.

3. Refund Policy

  • Digital Products: 14-day money-back guarantee from date of purchase, no questions asked, provided the license has not been activated on more than one device.
  • USB Hardware: 30-day return policy for defective or damaged items, including return shipping. If you change your mind, you may return the drive within 30 days for a refund, provided it is unused (buyer pays return shipping).
  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after approval.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You agree not to use our tools for illegal purposes.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license keys.
  • You agree not to reverse-engineer or decompile our software.

5. Limitation of Liability

AIXHDD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price you paid.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
