Installing & Activating Your Desktop App

  1. Download: Purchase or download the installer from your Microsoft Store library, or from the product page on aixhdd.com/shop.
  2. Install: Run the .msix or .exe installer. On Windows 11, MSIX packages install in one click with no admin prompt.
  3. License key: After purchase you receive a license key by email. Open the app → Settings → License → paste the key → click Activate.
  4. Offline use: All AIXHDD desktop tools run 100% locally. No internet connection is required after activation.

Common Questions

I didn’t receive my license key — what should I do?

Check your spam / promotions folder first. The key is sent to the email address used at checkout. If it’s still missing after 15 minutes, email support@aixhdd.com with your order number and we’ll resend it.

Can I use one license on multiple computers?

Each license activates on up to 2 devices for personal use. For team or multi-seat licensing, contact us for a bulk discount.

Will the tools work on macOS or Linux?

Our desktop suite is built for Windows 10/11 (x64). Web tools at aixhdd.com/free-ai-tools work in any browser on any OS.

Do you offer refunds?
